Cardio Exercise

Did you know that you can have a heart attack at any age! Many of us think that only the old folk are susceptible to such things. Unfortunely this is not the case. Anybody can have a heart attack if they have a family history and they don’t take care of themselves. Some of the things that you can do to reduce the risk is to choose a low fat and healthy diet as well as regular cardio exercise.

It is hard to keep active and remain on a healthy diet. This is especially true of people who work day after day for eight to ten hours per day. Some example of Cardio Exercise is swimming and walking. As soon as it gets warm, hit the local pools if you don’t already have one. Set your goal on how many laps you want to achieve each day or other day. Don’t fall short of your goals. Walking is probably the best form of cardio exercise. You can take fifteen minutes out of your lunch break at work to walk, or maybe consider parking farther away. All you need to do is keep a brisk pace; there is no need to power walk or job.
