Weight Lifting Tips
Here are some free weight lifting tips that will increase your size and make you stronger.
1. Make sure you are breathing properly while you lift weights. Remember to exhale when pushing the weight, and to inhale when coming back.
2. Do not over do it! Do not try to skip steps and do to much at one time. Take your time and do your weight lifting in intervals.
3. Always have a water bottle with you at all times. Lifting weight requires alot of energy from the human body, so make sure you are always drinking plenty of water. Water is the key to muscle growth.
